Dear Customer,

 

Due to a power outage our services were disrupted. After a preliminary investigation we concluded that the generator started several times but eventually ended up in lock mode. Within 5 minutes the data center was operational again via our backup Generator.

Currently the outage has been resolved and all our services are up and running again. If you are still experiencing issues while accessing our services, please open a ticket through our portal or email us at support@datasur.sr.
